  • Upon submission, you'll receive a DOL invoice (approximately R1,700)
  • Pay DOL invoice using the provided CF number as reference
  • Certificate will be available 24 hours after DOL payment confirmation
  • We will retrieve and email your certificate to you

Please ensure accurate use of the CF number when making DOL payment. Incorrect references cannot be refunded by DOL.

COIDA Validation System Errors

To check if your company doesn't have a system validation error, we need the following information Registration number, Director's / Owner ID / Member`s Identification Number, Tax Number, and Registered Company or employer Name.Important Notice: Additional Fee for Department of Labour System Validation Errors


We wish to inform you about an important update to our service fees regarding employer registrations with the Department of Labour.

When processing employer registrations, we occasionally encounter system validation errors on the Department of Labour's platform that prevent us from completing the registration process. Resolving these errors requires extensive follow-up actions, including:

• Multiple interactions with the Department's call center

• Submission of supplementary documentation

• Written correspondence with various departments

• Escalation procedures with their IT department

These additional procedures significantly increase our resource allocation and processing time, potentially extending the registration period by up to 14 working days.

Therefore, effective May 26, 2025, we will implement a supplementary fee of R250 for cases where such system validation errors occur during the registration process. This fee reflects the additional resources required to resolve these technical issues.

We remain committed to processing your registration as efficiently as possible and will continue to work diligently to minimize any delays.
